Adaptive Consulting Engineers, LLC, incorporated in August of 2017 by Jennifer Brockman, Herb Potter, CCM, and Al Tehrani, PE, is a certified DBE, M/WBE, SSBE firm located in Orlando, Florida, prepared to serve our clients with the extraordinary service each has displayed throughout their respective careers.

QUALIFICATION
Adaptive CE is qualified to provide Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) services. We are pre-qualified in work group 10 with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT).
• 10.1 – Roadway Construction Engineering Inspection
• 10.3 – Construction Materials Inspection
• 10.4 – Minor Bridge & Miscellaneous Structures CEI

since 1997.

Al Tehrani, PE, has been working in the CEI industry for more than 30 years in numerous roles from in-house PA positions.
CTQP TRAINING
Adaptive Consulting Engineers is an approved CTQP Provider and Instructors for the following exams/classes. Dates and locations for all written exams are flexible, including Saturdays (additional $15.00 per exam with a minimum of 3 students).
